• Quiz Scores — to track your performance and progress
• Typing Test Results — to measure and display your typing speed and accuracy
• Learning Streaks — to encourage daily learning habits
• Word Progress — to record which words you have learned

2 How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your user account
• To track and display quiz scores, typing test results, streaks, and word progress
• To manage your premium subscription (Monthly / Yearly)
• To operate the Referral System and reward eligible users
• To improve platform performance, features, and content
• To communicate important updates or support responses

3 Account Registration & Authentication

Vocab Sprint uses Email and Password based authentication. Your credentials are securely managed through Firebase Authentication by Google. We do not store your raw password — all authentication is handled securely by Firebase.

4 Platform Features & Data Usage

• Daily Words — tracks words you have studied each day
• PYQ Quiz — stores your quiz attempt scores and history
• Typing Tests — records your typing speed, accuracy, and progress over time
• Phrasal Verbs — records your learning progress
• Idioms & Phrases — records your learning progress
• Synonyms & Antonyms — tracks your vocabulary building progress
• One Word Substitution — records your learning progress
• Streaks — tracks your daily login and activity streak
• Referral System — stores referral codes linked to your account
• Dashboard — aggregates and displays your overall learning statistics

5 Premium Subscription

Vocab Sprint offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly). Payments may be processed through the Google Play Store (for mobile) or other payment platforms as applicable. All payments are processed securely by the respective payment provider.

We do not directly collect, store, or process any payment or billing information. Upon successful payment, your premium status is updated in our secure database to unlock features.

6 Cookies & Local Storage

Vocab Sprint may use cookies and browser local storage to:

• Keep you logged in across sessions
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Improve platform performance and user experience

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some platform functionality.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data may only be disclosed:

• When required by law or government authority
• To protect the rights and safety of Vocab Sprint and its users
• To Firebase solely for operating the platform's core services

10 User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request account deletion or data removal, email us at vocabsprint@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.

11 Children's Privacy

Vocab Sprint is an educational platform for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
