1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Vocab Sprint in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian's consent before using the platform.

2 Use of the Platform

Vocab Sprint is an educational platform designed to help users improve their English vocabulary and language skills for competitive exams. You agree to use the platform only for its intended educational purposes.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

3 Intellectual Property

All content on Vocab Sprint — including but not limited to text, vocabulary lists, quizzes, typing test paragraphs, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Vocab Sprint and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

4 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for a Vocab Sprint account. When creating an account:

• You must provide a valid email address, full name, and phone number
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Creating multiple accounts or using temporary/disposable email addresses is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

5 Premium Subscription

Vocab Sprint offers optional premium subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) that provide access to additional features and content.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Google Play)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective payment platform
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the payment provider (e.g., Google Play refund policy)
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice

6 Referral Program

Vocab Sprint offers a referral program that rewards users for inviting new members. By participating:

• Each user receives a unique referral code linked to their account
• Referral rewards are granted only when the referred user completes a valid registration
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected
• The referral program terms may be modified or discontinued at any time

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Scraping, copying, or downloading content for redistribution
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to exploit features or referral rewards
• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise platform security
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Using the platform to promote unrelated products or services

8 Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date vocabulary content, quizzes, and learning materials:

• We do not guarantee that all content is free from errors
• Our platform is a supplementary learning tool and should not be your sole preparation resource
• We do not guarantee success in any competitive examination
• Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocab Sprint and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
• Actions of third-party services integrated with the platform

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your actions put the platform or other users at risk
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
