Refund, Cancellation & Support Policy
Thank you for using Vocab Sprint. Our goal is to provide high-quality educational services and a smooth learning experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically guarantee a refund for payments that have already been processed.
Access to premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
Vocab Sprint may offer paid services including premium vocabulary packs, advanced learning features, or subscription plans.
Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway providers. We do not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers or CVV information.
All pricing displayed in the application or on the website is subject to change without prior notice.
